Yes, when you reserve places. Please make payment on same day to secure your place.

Due to strict hygiene regulations we ask you to kindly follow the guidelines below:

*        Your child will need to bring a packed lunch, including any snacks. These need to be nut free!

*        Your child will need a refillable water bottle, labelled with their name. We will not be able to provide cups due to the new hygiene restrictions. Water will be available to refill their bottles.

*        Sun cream must be applied prior to attending.

*        Your child should wear ahat on warm days and a coat for colder/wet days. We will be outside as much as possible, regardless of the weather.

*        No other items will be allowed into Club, except for the items mentioned previously, due to hygiene restrictions.

*        Children will be provided with an allocated space to store their personal items for the day.

For morning and afternoon sessions you will be required to drop off and collect at the advertised times.

However, if you choose either the Short Day Session or the Extended day options, you have the opportunity to drop off and collect at any time during the entire length of the session period.

We would advise you book sessions as soon as you know the dates you require, to avoid disappointment. We run a waiting list so please call 07749 122883 if you needed further help or information.

Kids Company are only able to accept and administer prescribed medication. Please inform a member of staff on arrival who will complete the necessary paperwork. All medication should be given to the Club Manager in its original packaging, with the prescription label.

If your child carries an Epipen (or similar I.e. Jext Pen), you will need to ensure they are in date and in full working order. It is the parents responsibility to collect the pen at the end of each holiday period.

In the unfortunate situation where you may not be able to collect your child on time, please contact the club mobile on 07749 122883.

Your child will always be kept safe, with two members of staff, until your arrival. Please note we may charge a late fee if you arrive at the Club after the agreed collection time. This fee is to cover the additional staff costs incurred, as well as further associated operational costs.

You are able to cancel your holiday club sessions with 10 to 14 days notice, upon which we will refund you with a 50% credit. We are unable to accept cancellations for bookings with less than 10 days notice.

We may be able to change the date of your booked session if we receive more than 10 days’ notice, subject to availability and a £5 admin fee. Please call the Club mobile on 07749 122883.
